Please make sure that you:

Call us on 01285 771200 the afternoon before you are due to fly (after 3.30pm) to check that all is going ahead as planned. Please still call even if the forecast looks good as the weather varies a lot around the UK...more info |

Wear "sensible" shoes - trainers are ideal (we cannot fly you in flip-flops or high heels!)...more info |

Read through our medical form to check that you are within the aircraft weight limits and have no medical conditions that mean you cannot fly with us. |

Bring your voucher with you as we cannot fly you without it. If your voucher is due to expire soon, you may need to post this to us in advance of your flight. |

Refer to the map of how to find us. There are 2 entrances to Kemble Airport; you can only get to us from the north entrance on the A433 Cirencester-Tetbury road and NOT from the entrance on the A429 (Malmesbury-Cirencester road). If you rely on Sat Nav it may send you to the wrong entrance. |
| 6. |
Aim to arrive half an hour early to allow for traffic. If you arrive late, we may not be able to fly you and you may forfeit your voucher completely. |

Note that we run group briefings at 0930 & 1300. Our guests are then flown in waves after the briefing, so there may be a wait before your flight. |
| 8. | Be aware that DVD availability is subject to the equipment serviceability on the day - unfortunately we do suffer occasional hiccups. |
If you wish to change your flight date, please give us at least 2 weeks' notice for Top Gun and Ultimate Top Gun flights as these are flown in pairs and we will need to cancel your "opponent" if you cancel. There is a £75 charge if you cancel with less than 2 weeks' notice...more info
