  Brian Cornes flying the Hercules
Cornsey was in the Royal Air Force pilot for 20 years, latterly a Senior Royal Air Force Hercules C130J Captain with extensive world-wide experience. His varied commands encompassed single seat fast jet, instructional duties and multi- engine multi-crew experience.

He was also Royal Naval fixed wing standards examiner for three years, teaching Sea Harrier pilots air combat. He has flown and instructed on the Hunter, Hawk, Chipmunk and Jetstream.

Cornsey is a command instrument rating instructor examiner and has taught many instructors how to teach instrument flying. Brian restores and rebuilds vintage aircraft in his spare time.

He was also British National Aerobatic Champion three years running and is an Extra 300 competition aerobatic pilot and senior instructor.
