Kemble Airport was the home of the Red Arrows in the 1970s and 1980s, and is a typically impressive former military airfield. It is now a thriving and purposeful CAA licensed airport, operating many and varied types including vintage fighter and training jets such as Hunters, Gnats and Jet Provost fast jets.
Kemble is approximately 70 miles west of London, about 15 miles NW of Swindon, just to the SW of Cirencester (Glos), and is right on the edge of the Cotswolds.
