We recommend that you book your flight at least 3 months prior to the expiry of your voucher.  Vouchers can be extended for 6 months for a charge of £30 as long as you call us BEFORE the voucher expiry date.  You will need to complete this form and post your voucher to us before it can be extended. We regret that expired vouchers cannot be extended.

If you wish to cancel your flight and it is less than 2 weeks prior to the date booked, there may be a charge of up to £75.
