	If your voucher expires less than 1 month BEFORE your flight date or even after your flight date, you must post your voucher to us in order that we can keep your flight open. We recommend that you post your voucher recorded or registered delivery.

	Weight limits are 15 stone 7lbs in the Extra300 and 17 stone in the Bulldog

	Height limits are 6ft 4" in the Extra300 and 6ft 5" in the Bulldog. Occasionally we can squeeze in taller guests but we cannot guarantee it. Minimum height in the Extra300 is 5ft.

We recommend that you book your flight at least 3 months prior to the expiry of your voucher.

Vouchers can be extended for 6 months for a charge of £30 as long as you post your voucher to us BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE, along with this form.

We regret that expired vouchers cannot be extended.
