Gordo initially learnt to fly on the Bulldog whilst at University, and after qualifying in the RAF he flew Tornado GR1s in Germany. He then worked as a Jaguar/Tornado Trials Officer at Boscombe Down, providing initial clearances for Jaguar laser designation for use in Bosnia. He followed this with two Tucano tours as Flight Commander, both as a Pilot Navigator Instructor and as a QFI and Instrument Rating Examiner.
Gordo now flies the Boeing 737-300 & -700. | |
