It will reduce start-up time, increase the quality of the planning decisions and give a framework to refer to over the lifespan of the project.
Brief - Simple and effective briefing format - SMEAC
Provides a simple briefing format which ensures a shared understanding of the context and desired execution of the task.
Results in more time efficient and higher quality communications.
Execute - Introduction to Execution
Briefly reviewed to ensure people understand their specific roles and are well drilled in the individual elements they are performing. Provides an open and constructive environment to ensure good communication flow and project efficiency.
Debrief Mission Cycle – Massively powerful tool
After action review that highlights learning points from experience which enables permanently better performance.
Experiential Learning
Delegates will participate in a series of ground based scenarios that enables them to practise with the ON TARGET methodologies.
Airborne Exercise
Delegates will be placed in the unfamiliar environment of learning to operate a former military aircraft with a fighter pilot to understand the ON TARGET mindset. They will fly and navigate the aircraft to a ground objective at a specified time. They will experience the high adrenaline multiple-input environment of an air combat scenario and witness first hand the time critical need to rapidly process information and make a series of quick decisions. The experience finishes with the opportunity to pit themselves against their competition in the sky.
