The ‘FLY, WINE, DINE’ experience offers an exhilarating day for two in West Sussex that begins with a thrilling flight with Ultimate High and finishes with fine wine and dining at the Tinwood Estate!
Guests start their journey soaring through the skies, experiencing aerobatic manoeuvres and breathtaking views of Tinwood Estate under the guidance of our expert pilots. This high-flying adventure promises both excitement and a unique perspective of the landscape below, making it an unforgettable start to the day. Guests can select a gentle flight, mild to wild formation aerobatics, or even our award-winning TOP GUN experience – the choice is yours!
After your aerial adventure, guests are treated to an afternoon of indulgence at the luxurious Tinwood Estate. Here, they can unwind and savour the finer things in life with a curated selection of fine wine and gourmet food. The estate, renowned for its exquisite wine offerings, provides a picturesque setting for a relaxing and sumptuous dining experience.
This seamless blend of high-octane adventure and sophisticated culinary delight ensures a memorable and extraordinary day for all participants.
Prices
£1,250 per couple.
Flights are available Monday-Thursday only, or Saturdays at an additional cost of £150.
Availability
Flights take place Monday-Thursday only (and Saturday at additional cost) April-October inclusive, other than on Bank Holiday weekends.
Flights are subject to weather and airfield conditions.

We will inform Tinwood that you are flying with us so that they can expect you.
Tinwood is open every day from 9am – 5.30pm (and until 8.00pm on Saturdays during the summer months). You can arrive at any time for your wine and food.
There are also Vineyard Tours and Wine Tastings (at additional cost) at 12.00 and 3.00pm daily, with additional tours on Saturdays at 6.00pm in April-September. Arrival
You will be kitted out in a high quality military flying suit and then choose your call sign.
You will be given a detailed safety brief and taught how to fly the aircraft (yourself!).
At the aircraft, you will be shown the cockpit controls and receive another safety brief.
The Flight
The T67 Fireflys will depart and return to the airport at the same time, and instructors will demonstrate close formation before giving you the opportunity to learn to fly the aircraft around the local area.
Time in the aircraft is around 40 minutes (25 minutes in the air).
After Landing
Debrief with your instructor, and flight certificate.
Opportunity to purchase a video of your flight.
Drive to Tinwood, 10 minutes away, for your bottle of wine and sharing board included in the package price.

Tinwood Menu
The price includes a bottle of Tinwood Blanc de Blancs or Brut for each couple. There will be a £5 supplement charge for the rose, and £10 supplement for their Blanc de Noir, payable at Tinwood.
Sharing Board for two people (included in price):
Focaccia, Hummus, Grilled Vegetables, Smoked Trout. Tinwood can provide GF bread, and a vegetarian option if necessary.
Guests are welcome to purchase additional food from the Tinwood Vineyard Kitchen which they can choose on the day.
Participant Flight Restrictions
Weight limit for the T67 Firefly is 17 stone.
Maximum height limit is 6ft 5″. Minimum height is 5ft.
Minimum age 12. No maximum age.
