Flying Calendar

The calendar below shows guideline availability for flights.  Please phone or email us to book your flight.

We are fully open for flight experiences.  Key to Calendar below:

  • Green indicates days where we have good availability - NB Top Gun flights are only available on Fridays and Saturdays unless you book as a pair.
  • Amber / Orange means that we have availability, but not all flight types or times are possible
  • Red means that we are fully booked that day.

  • Please email us or phone 01243 913916 if you would like to book your flight or request a particular date, including enquiries for short term availability (ie in the next few days).

Start times are generally 10.30am or 1.00pm, when we do group briefings.  Fridays and Saturdays are very busy so we recommend that you book to fly on other days of the week if you can.

We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Weekends, and over the following Goodwood events in 2022:
Members' Meeting (April), Festival of Speed (June), Revival (September).

Our main flying season is April-October inclusive. From November-March inclusive the chance of cancellation due to weather is much higher, and Goodwood Aerodrome can also be closed / unsafe to operate in these months due to waterlogging (the runways and taxiways are grass which can get very slippery); this can happen if we have lots of rain at any stage over this period.

Flights in the Extra 300 aircraft (Ultimate Aerobatics / Utter Nutter) are available April-November only, subject to airfield conditions (and weather).  For safety reasons, we do not fly the Extra 300 when the grass runways are very wet and slippery, or when there are high crosswinds.
